I'm searching for a headband to put on my character, but can't find a typical prop. I've tried painting it on the texture map, and also have played around with the Torus, but to no success. If anyone can assist, it'd be appreciated greatly.

Just a suggestion. Click over to 3D-CC (Comics Collective, under top 15 at bottom of the page) look over the dozens & dozens of superheroes, find on with an appropriate headband (Luke cage comes to mind) download the figure, nip & save off the prop, transmap,deform,bmpmap as desired. Good Luck!

Hiya... that headband prop from maclean is a 60's type of neato cool headband and can also become a nice set of hanging tied ribbons for the mil girls dress among other uses. So, even if you want a more closer fitting headband for this scene, download that 60's type for future use!
