Subject: A Hero! Why we take pictures

This is a little boy, dirty and cute. He became a paramedic and fire company captain. Last week he spent each night removing the bodies from the WTC wreckage as a FEMA team member. When asked by the President of the US what he could do to help, the reply was "make this country safe for my children and their children". When I thanked him for his service, he said it's just my turn that's all.

Thanks for sharing this......to all of those who work relentlessly in this effort, we are humbled. One of our own here on RR has been called up, and a very good friend of mine from years ago was just shipped out.
