I'm having a really bizarre problem trying to load more than 2 characters into Poser this morning. I've got the first 2 in, but when I try to get the 3rd (it doesn't matter which character), their bodies and eyeballs load, but not their heads (I know this sounds hilarious). Anybody have any ideas what the problem is? BTW, the characters worked fine last night individually.

In answer to my own question, the problem seems to have something to do with the props I was using. I still don't know why, but I guess I just won't try that combo again. :)

It may be memory related. I have a similar problem where the bodies disappear leaving heads, feet and hands.

Had the same problem. Solution that works for me is to load the 3rd (4th, 5th, etc) figure/model, render, Save As a .pz3 file and low-res .jpg (25%, which I delete later). Close Poser completely and then reload Poser. Import the .pz3 file and all the invisible body parts are now visible. Works only with Win 2000 Pro/Server and NT. Win 9x requires a complete restart of the O/S. Seems there are "disagreements" on memory usage sometimes between Poser and W2K, NT, and 9x. Just shutting down Power will clear up the memory dispute in W2K and NT, but 9x requires a complete restart.

Thanks for the tip...I'll try that.

Poser and RAM do not play nice together. This effect means that Poser does not have enough memory on its terms. What I do is close Poser, flush my RAM, (before I got a utility that did it, I warm booted) reopen Poser solo. I still have Win98 so there is a limit to how much RAM Poser can use.
