It is a bit ironic that I started doing a series of pic's loosly American Civil War, hence I called it "a letter from the front". Might be a bit too topical at present. Anyway what do you think?

I like it, but knew it wasn't quite right. I am working on shadows, and it is definately better. I turned them off on the lights, cos it was a bit too dingy. Glad you like it, thanks for the feedback.

Beautiful, extremely detailed image...and how glad I am that her expression as she reads the letter is one of joy! The colours simply glow. I think this very ambitious project is a success! And Dolly, what a room!!!
