I am pulling models from old RDS 5 as objs into Poser 4 pro pack to add bones, adjust joints, etc. but I am having trouble with the joint params. I was able to add bones, for example on a butterfly model, with several parts, but the bones caught pieces from all over the bug and it tore apart back in the main modeler. Think my problem is joint params. Q: If I only want to add say enough bones to bend the wings and the thorax, not the rest of the model, how do I do this and limit the bones effect? I thought adding color coded parts and limiting the bones effects only on the corrisponding colors but I can color the model once imported...any suggestions or tutorials out there to read? Thanks.
