Well it's that time of year again. I have reposted my ouija board prop for all to grab. You can find this prop throughout the year at http://www.dutchangel.com/ (as you can find most of my props hosted by the Wonderful Dutchangel Taken from the readme on this prop.. When a friend asked me to create a Ouija Board and planchette for her I was unsettled. The Ouija being a very powerful and unpredictable divination tool. I was not and still am not sure it belongs in my library of things. Still, I went and bought my favorite board and cleansed it (since it is an older model and has had many owners before) I avoided keying it to myself so that it would be a clean board, free of psychic debts and residue. It took her a while to convince me to release this, because I still dont like messing with the Ouija but I am releasing it after cleansing the prop. (as well as I can). I would prefer that you key this prop to yourself taking all precautions as you would with the runes and pendulums, or your own ouija in r/t. If you are uncomfortable using this prop.. then dont use it. I assume no responsibility, for psychic occurrences, paranormal activity, or psychic, karmic debts of any kind or any injuries to you or your computer. When using this prop use your common sense. Even in this form I am sure the board has power. Dont anger it. If you do you are on your own. For those who think I am being silly, you take your chances with this prop. This prop will be available for one week in freestuff then you can find it on DutchAngel's site at anytime :) Storm

The DutchAngel site seems to be somewhat unpredictable; the first time I tried accessing it, I received a "404" error message -- the second time, a "403".

Velvet, you wouldn't believe all the interesting folks here! Well, maybe you would, at that. Stormrage, i'm understanding your cautions, but i don't know what actions you indicate by "cleansing" and "keying." Could you explain?

Cleansing is a term that means to remove all energies from something. Kinda like when you move into a new house or apartment it doesn't feel like "yours" until you do a massive clean job on it and get rid of whatever smells and dirt the other occupant left behind.

exactly so velvetdream.. Cleansing in the ritual form (in my religious belief's by the way) include using the forces of wind fire water and earth to clean the board of any residue from the previous owner. Everything you touch has an imprint of your soul upon it. Especially things with energy in it. Ouija boards being made of wood has living energy left from growing upon the tree. Therefor it has a certain amount of power of its own already. What I did was simply a ritual used to clean that board of the touches of anyone who has owned or used it before. (THe actual ritual I won't go into for it is long and complicated.) Keying on the other hand is where I actually let my energies flow in to the board, spending the time and effort to actually make the board mine. Keying a board or anything is easy when you are working with the board even in a way that it's not meant to be used. It's like signing your name on a contract. Keying the board is my energies kind of promising the board that I will use it and give it power from myself And if that explanation makes sense :) You know the basics of Druidism, and some of the Pagan rituals :)

However, this doesnt address the difficulty in accessing DutchAngels site. Can anyone explain the problem?
