Subject: CC Problems?

I'm getting error messages when I try to purchase via credit card. Is anyone else having these problems? The error message is this: CC Processing Failure! AVS Failed: RC=X, Problem connecting to the AVS server, please try again." Sent an email too reference this, just wanted to bring this to your attention asap. Thanks! Pendarian

I've been having the same problem and just sent a similar email. That'll teach me not to check the forum before I send mail. :) ~C~

That message means the Address Verification System's server was either temporarily down or so slow it timed out. If you try again now it should be okay (other orders are going through right now). Thanks for letting us know. Jenifer

I am getting the same message...plus I am getting a "Bad-Money" error...and I know the card is ok...

Ok...tried it with 3 different cards and all three are ok as far as limits and such and I am still getting the same errors...I cannot purchase anything here...

I tried again with several cards myself. I'm getting a different message this time: CC Processing Failure! failure-hard So no luck on buying anything :(

I just tried it again also, still not working. Still getting the same error messages as I got last night. My card is just fine also. So, I guess two questions, do you all know what the problem is and when is it going to be fixed? Thanks.

I did get crisodian's problem fixed. Your cards were authorized, but they were NOT settled (which is the part that actually collects the money). Not positive why they aren't settling, but I've notified rcook and I''m sure it will be fixed very soon. Cromwell1 & pendarian--if you'll send me the first 2 and last 4 digits of your card numbers (example 44*0000) and the items in your cart, I can settle the charges and make your purchases available for download.
