I had picked up a copy of this months(Dec.) Scientific American magazine, and as I got towards the end, there was an article titled "Rise of the Robots" and as I turned the page there is a image which is obviously rendered in Bryce, with 2 poser people and 2 robots(posable possibly), but anyway..as I looked over the image, I started noticing something. The artist, had not 1, not 2, but 4 of my models that I have on my site used in the image, along with a coule of noticeable textures of mine. Is that not just cool?? I got so excited when I saw them.-just wanted to share my groovy feeling with all of you later FastTraxxJeffH posted Thu, 02 December 1999 at 5:40 AM
Yeah, cool. Too bad there wasn't a credits section. -JH.

Congrats FT, that must be a great feeling, to see your work - especially in such a prestigeous mag as Scientific American! I'll have to wait until Jan/Feb before I see this, but I'll keep an eye open for it Paul

Got to feel good, FastTraxx....I think we'd all love to see the image. Since they freely used your work, I don't see a problem if you scanned it and gave us a little show! Foxhollow

Wow! I used to get that as a child! HOW is that magazine now a days? (funny how becoming a teenager causes one to toss aside all form of education and mental stimulation other than for pleasure!)...... I agree, if you've received NO compensation, not even so much as a "might I use ya stuff mate?" then while you may be liable to get your buttock sued by SA for placing a scan of their mag out...you are DEFINITELY entitled to contact that artist and AT LEAST request a render if not the actual FILE for you to display...... I'm curious too! Please obtain it! PAN~
