Hi all, just wanted you to know that we are going to start a new page for those people who make things and have no place for people to pick them up. It will be called, SAM'S 3D Friends. Anyone who has a model, texture, or whatever can be able to post it on our site for a limited time. I know they have that here, but this is for people who can't get it here and don't have a site to place it, or their site is down temporarily. Like those beautiful crowns that thgeisel has made will be there for you sometime next week if you want to have one. One more thing, we will not take pictures with nudity. Sorry. Let me know what you all think. Sharen PS: just a gesture to be able to help some people.

I think that is a wonderful gesture of generosity on your part, Sharen!! It will mean a lot to those people who make great stuff but nowhere to upload the offering. Kudos to you!! :))

Yet another wonderful thing you and Mike have done for the community! If you two become any good-er, I may have to write to the Vatican and have you canonized as saints ;-) (Note: That was intended as a joke, NOT a religious slur...)

That is so very, very nice of you. (I gotta make those mittens...was wretchedly sick all day, though. Figgers, my "weekend".) Poppi :)

SAMS3D posted Sat, 20 October 2001 at 6:34 PM

The Vatican...oh my.....LOL....no we are not saints, just want to help, just like when someone helped us. Poppi, I hope you feel better, weren't you packing today? Try to get rest, tomorrow is another day. And thanks to you all for you support. Sharen

Today was gonna be cleaning. And...lol...NO...I didn't pull a sick to avoid it. Too many long days, for me, I think, ran down my resistance. I Want to do those mittens, for the littles. Tomorrow is another day.

Ooo I got that set of bubble stuff all ready and haven't gotten my durn site set up yet... can I send you that stuff again?

Does this mean I can ask you to put in the new tex I made for Serge's latest day dress, instead of asking Marque to host for me. She has put two up for me already, and I don't like to keep asking, but 2 people already have said they like it.

Yes to both of you, make a picture of your item, and send me your item zipped if you can and I will add it to the site. Add a description that you want me to put with the item. It will go up as soon as the page is ready. Couple days. Sharen

Oh thanks to you both, wonderful folks! I shall send them to ya this evening. Hugs!

Yes, you are to be commended for helping out the community. I've seen many a fine artist struggle with the limitations of freebie web site hosts, perhaps to give up and fade away. Anything you do is a tremendous help in that area. Thank you.

you are all quite welcome, I would love to see more and more of peoples creations, everyone is so creative, and they all have such great ideas for things. I do hope it helps them.
