Ok, I am at my wits end now. I have tried to create some of that oh-so-sexy lace underwear now and I just cannot seem to get it right. How on earth do I fit the maps onto the clothing ?? I'm just working in Poser4 still.. go easy on me ;) Do they have to be a certain size/orientation ? And the trans-maps and bump-maps ? Is tough being stupid, but well, at least I don't get asked lots of technical questions... LOL Thanx guyz !! Luthor :)

If you are making your own, you will need a paint program like PS or Psp. You will have to use the template for the clothing and paint the pattern onto the template. The trans is simply a grayscale image with the pattern on it. I think there are a few tutorials on trans and bums floating around. If you don't have a paint program, or don't want to make your own, bebop has some great lace in the store, as well as some freebies. Hope this helps, I am in a rush right now, but if you need more help and noone else jumps to it, I will check back in a little. Angela

Hey Angela Thanx a lot for the tips there, I can do the painting bits yeah, got Painter6, and PS6 too, I just need to figger out what settings to use, etc etc, to apply them correctly, coz mine always end up skew as heck... lol. But thanx for the hints there, I'll have a looky round for some tut's. Ta. Luthor :) PS. I just LOVED your comments on "trans and bums", hehehe. ;)

O.K. sorry it took so long to get back. Maybe you found some tuts by now. Been a rough week, my neighbor just ran his car into my house. Oh well. O.K. as for size. The size per sa doesn't matter, as long as you keep them within the same proportion as the original template. As far as applying them, just make sure that you have the trans max set to 100% for your trans map. As far as the bump, you can set that to suit your preferences. I am not sure why you would be getting them skewed, unless you are not painting on the right template. Well, this might not have been that much help either, but the insurance adjuster is here so I have to run. Angela

I'm gonna fiddle a bit with this now, found 1 or 2 tuts here, I'll see how it goes. I'll try the settings u mentioned, thanx a bunch for the help again. Hope u get the insurance sorted out OK :) Tara ! Luthor :)
