Subject: A question about the store/ marketplace

I bought some clothing items a while ago from the store and for what ever reason my pc decided to kunk out on me before i can back up my latest purcases. Daz will let me do it for a small fee to get a back up on cd. Do any knows if the store does anythignlie that or would I have to talk to the artist directly. Thanks in advance for any help. Frost

If you get in touch with admin here they will reset your downloads.. No cost is involved. They will need to know what name etc you purchased under.

frost, unless you absolutely want the daz files on a CD they will also reset your downloads for no cost there. I've had to do it several times, until I finally transferred them over to a cd myself.

The store does CD burning and shipping. :) I don't know if this is also valid for previous purchases.

Incidently, you also get three downloads before your counter has to be reset. I find this handy for updates to my items, I just notify the customers, they can get th enew version (which new customers automatically get) at their conveinence.
