With the help of guru Alpha, I managed to get this scan. Now, I thought it was just dark and blurred because of the thick, dirty window I took it through, but after scanning a few times I got this amazing result! There's some work left to do, but the detail is amazing. I never thought a print could loose this much detail. Anyway, here are some parts to show the detail: Thanks again Alpha =) Bart

There is no question that scanning negatives or slides is the way to convert film to digital. The resolutions are far more true than the flatbed which relies on the size and quality of the print. Of course it must be an upscale scanner. Enjoy! If you see the likes of Adams, WeeGee, Capa or Brady then you are in photo heaven.

Ohh....I've once been to an Adamns expo and I'll never forget the quality of his work. Perhaps I didn't even 'fell in love' with his work, but the detail in his photos is soooooooooooo amazing....I could look hours to one photo! Btw, kind of off topic, but Spencer Tunick came to my town in august. That was fun! One of the hottest days ever, so everybody was more than happy to take off their clothes, lol. :) Thanks for the quick replies!
