As I said in a post below, today I bought VV2. The problem is that, after reading what Yvette wrote in the post "Store Problem on VV2.0" ("If you have already purchased VV the original version you can't purchase VV 2.0") it seems I wasnt supposed to be able to do that as I am a previous customer of VV1. What happened then? The only info Ive found about VV2.0 being free for VV1 customers was in an image by wyrmmaster ("thinking") in the galleries, but not in the store product... And what will happen with my money? zim

zimmer - You have been credited on your credit card for the additional purchase. You purchased the MAC version originally and then purchased the PC version of VV2. You were an exception to the rule. Ok, thanks Yvette. I received your e-mail and it did make sense ;) But one more thing, I bought VV1 for the Mac, but VV2 is not for PC Only, its a PC/Mac item... Thats why I bought it...;) Thanks again, zim

Hi I've been trying to download VV2 but can't make it work? I then just read that if you Have VV1 VV2 is free if so where do I download it from Chet

crewhand, All you have to do is go to the front page of the MarketPlace, click on "My Purchases View" and you will find the download button for all your purchases. Let me know if you have any problems. yvette
