I am working with Victoria 2 here. As you can see, I cannot get the brown bands in the eyebrow area to disappear so that the texture eyebrow (the good one) shows through. If you look closely you can see that the tex eyebrow is there, but I need to eliminate the big ugly one. How do I do this? Is there a setting I'm forgetting (hey, a rhyme!)? Please give me info.
