where can i get info about,purchase.credid card specific what kind of cards,if its secure,(realy) i see many download problems posted,so if my fails,(missing)archives.etc,etc.will i be avile to retry? i know there mos be some where in the place that respond all my cuestions,so to dont make you waste your time jus tell me where i click. for your help thankx. desachy

desachy, those are good questions and I'll try to answer them all. 1) Where can I get info bout purchase credit card specific? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We also accept money orders. 2) If its secure? Yes, we run the credit card numbers on a secure server and do not store your complete card information anywhere on our server. 3) Yes, there are many reasons for failed downloads. If you cannot obtain your product we will reset them for you and work with you to get your product. Let me know if you have any more questions, yvette
