Hey everyone. I'm making a portrait of one of my teachers at college and I would like to get some feedback from you guys to see if there's anything I can do to change the picture around. I did this in an hour or so. Still needs work.

Some of the things that I would like to change are as follows:

1)Have a different expression on her face. So that the teeth don't show. (That was some input from a friend)
2)Still need to move the hair around to how the teacher wears it.
3)Add clothing, turtle neck, or something that covers the neck so it doesn't look bare.
4)Change the tint of the glasses to red (can't remember what color tint the teacher has lol) I think it's red.
5)Maybe add a background instead of black?
6)Add different lighting.

That's about all I could come up with. If you have any ideas for backgrounds instead of just plain back that would look good for a portrait, give me a holar. Or any other ideas you think would look good on this image.
