Are us subdividing??? It looks like a cone shape at the top. I would knife the cone in half, delete the peak, then weld the existing points with their counter along the intersecting axis. That should smoothen things up. It is also much easier to diagnose if you post a wireframe or wire shade of the problem areas.

Sorry Duga, I assumed you were using Lighwave. LOL You have to tell us what program you are using my friend or else we'll be lost trying to help you. It looks like you are using Rhino. I don't know that program

The method, 4th party posted works well with rhino, just check it out.. cut the "problem zone" and create a new by lofting curves...

i'm curious to know why 4th party split the tail vertically. couldn't produce same tip by using the horizontal spilt and lofting the continuous arcs from front to back? Any thoughts?
