well while i am waiting to see the sketches everyone post for are next model i decided to put two incomplete models to use and make a cenataur the top is a male model that is unfinished and the bottom is a model i made using the daz horse as a template just stated it so its rough yet but do the poportions look good

I think they look good. is that the guy you been working on for a while, and posting lots of wips? Looks like he's coming along really good. like to see those hands up close...

Thank you wadus he is one of the earlier versions less defined and detailed had to keep th polycount lower since theres so much there ! he is actually pretty screwd up at the moment on the back side but ill smooth all of it out as the character develops id love to see some people do some concepts of belts etc for him feel free to do redraws etc on my pics as usual in my next pic ill get the hands in there for you thanks for the comment !

Well, I thought about it and while a Centaur would be neat and all...as made obvious by your great mode1 (back legs need work BTW)...I realized that it didn't have as much of the freedom factor that your dragon idea had. You can't really stray too far from a guy with a horse for a butt or a girl with a horse for a butt. NOt much fun when I really sat down and thought it through. I think I'm gonna try writing a brief description of a creature and allow you all to build from that. Taht is, if Logan doesn't post a sketch of a Troll/Ogre first. :) Speaking of Trolls and Ogres, have a look at this post...

yeah i agree i just started this cause i had the material but will put it aside when we start the next one i should be posting my dragon finished in a hour or two without wings that is !

very cool draw man. ill start working in that ogre this weekend. wow a lot of work around here. theres the faucet challenge in the lw forum and the ogre in here. if we keep ourselves working that much well all be in pixar or ilm soon:)
