Texture is Sydd Ravens' Kane, hair is Vicky's Gel Cut with Kozaburu's textures, pose is one of Eric Westrays'. Face camera with lens set to 105mm.
It's a wavefront.obj and you have to play with Mike's eyes quite a bit.

Yeah, he kind of looks like Javier Bardeem I'll up it to freestuff along with a short "readme" with eye and gel cut "starter" translations in a minute. I just bought him Billy-T's biker jacket g
