I did this in Zbrush and if anyone's interested I'll up it to freestuff, absolutely no restrictions.

Texture is Sydd Ravens' Kane, hair is Vicky's Gel Cut with Kozaburu's textures, pose is one of Eric Westrays'. Face camera with lens set to 105mm.

It's a wavefront.obj and you have to play with Mike's eyes quite a bit.
