How does one convert a .bum file to a .jpg? Thx.

I'm not sure you can. Any image editor (photoshop, PSP, photoimpact) can convert the file type if it can read the .bum file. The .bum will appear as mostly green, embossed with a pattern. You can greyscale that and save it as .jpg and it will work, but not brilliantly. I don't know of any way to remove the embossing - that's what's really needed to properly convert the file. If anyone does know a way, I'd appreciate knowing, too! Eirian

They are Windows .bmp files. I don't believe anyone has figured out a way to "un-emboss" them.
