eowyn - just to clarify, my first comment is in reference to seeing the default dina. just woke up (had a migraine so i slept in) and a naked default dina is NOT what you want to see first thing in the morning. but your character is coming along nicely. might i suggest some more realistic thighs? dina's default thighs are quite strange-looking, and totally unfitting for someone with an upper body that stocky. she needs more filled out thighs and calves. default dina looks like someone started modelling an anorexic supermodel and when they got to the waist they changed their mind and modelled the torso of a dock-worker.

ROFL :D That was the best laugh I've had all day :D Thanks for the comments people, I'm planning to work on the body somewhat more, I'm not totally happy with it yet. And I agree about the thighs... she needs fuller, more feminine thighs... The body texture is a pain in the butt though, I just can't get it to look anything but flat no matter what I do. sigh

Blackhearted- you have to watch the damn JCM stuff in the CR2, I ran into some problems with Super Model Dina and eventually decided to turn them all down by half. I'm unsure if that help or not, but it didn't hurt. Oh, I don't know how you morph, but if your attaching parts, modifing them and detaching them, watch out, there are some "lost" shin vertices in the left foot.

You call those massive breasts? They look pretty mild to me. But then, well my wife, you know, is a "beautiful" woman... Oopps, I think she understood what I meant. "Sorry dear."

eowyn, that face looks great as a base character, she's looking like an everyday woman now. (i haven't checked out the bod cos i'm at work...) how much were you thinking for her in the end?

Eowyn she looks like she's comming along well. Is Dina the first hi-res character that came with JCM?

Very nice work, Eowyn! I agree about the thighs. They are easy to shape, though. Diane

I think she's looking great! I'm still concerned about her shoulders though, they still look too broad compared to her hips, womens shoulders are generally a little narrower than their hips, men's a little broader, her's still look like men's to me. Maybe it's the angle, also I know nothing about morphing so maybe it's just not possible to reduce them enough, how about making the hips a little wider? I also think her shoulders need lowering, she always looks like she's shrugging or something! Her calves could be alittle shaplier too though I guess if your going to work on her thighs you'ld probably work on her calves too. Her collar bones never look real either are you going to do anything about them? Can't see in this render. Dina doesn't ever show much evidence of a pelvis either, those bumps of bone that stick out at the top of either hip, they show nicely in Vicky but not in Dina, You'ld have to be very overweight not to have so much as a bulge there. Maybe the original Dina had her pelvis surgically removed to fit into smaller bikinis? Sorry if this all sounds negative, I think she's looking great really, it's just that the default model looks so weird. I'm all for the ordinary woman shaped woman though! Baz

Awww thanks for the good suggestions, everyone. Let's see... - shoulders (I'm not sure how much I can do about those) - thighs - calves - collar bones - pelvis Ufff, quite a lot of work left :D But I'll see what I can do :-) I'll post a new pic when I've got more work done :-)

At this rate, she'll join the human race! Nice work on the thighs. The shoulders are still a bit high, but she looks sooo much better now!
