First let me ask you all not to beat me up too bad for this. If I'm out of line just let me know and I'll politely withdraw, no need to flame! What I'm looking for is a "slimmed" down CR2 for a pair of pants for Michael. I'm working on a pair of jeans and a pair of shorts for Michael and I'm haveing a lot of trouble with knowing what parts to eleminate from the full Mike CR2, to make it work for just pants. Everytime I try, I hit something that causes weird effects and I'd like to use, or at least compare my efforts to, a 'generic' type pants file. Even better would be a pointer to a freebie or very low cost pair of pants for mike that I could pick apart. Again, please don't flame me! I'm not looking for warez or to steal anyones copyrighted material, I'm just trying to make these models work and pick up a few pointers! Thanks Mike

keep the abdomen, eliminate all above it. keep the feet, eliminate the toes. set the feet and abdomen to hidden 1. clean up the weld commands and the add child commands. keep the IK chains for the left and right legs or the kneecaps will end up in Memphis. eng

I can offer you a custom-made MikePants CR2 that I made for a pair of "home-made" pants. It has the same joint settings as Mike, but none of the deltas (morphs), of course, so if you are relying on these, my CR's useless. If you're not, you're welcome to it - just post (or IM) your e-mail, and I'll send you the CR2.
