I'm new to poser and am having some problems conforming clothing to my figures. I'm making overweight people and trying to scale the clothing doesn't work very well. Does anyone know of a tutorial where I can get tips and pointers for learning how to conform objects (i saw something about magnets, but i just made a mess of things). appreciate the help Chaz

laughing hard... and pointing down to my previous post!!!! :) OK here is where I have learned ( A LOT) How to make a posable ginger bread man: http://www.jabberdoggy.com/Tutorials/Gingerbread/GBMatrix.html NOTE: If you're trying to conform a sweather or an upper body... make SURE you name the parts correctly it's lForeArm and rForeArm (NOT rForearm/lForearm as it says in the tutorial.... That cost me some gray hairs, - and some others that I pulled out.... read previous posts) Nerd had a wonderful conforming tutorial. Do a search here, - and make SURE you read through his conforming boots tutorial. then there is our very own BryceTech. :) He has a http:www.posertech.com the site isn't fully operational yet, - but the stuff that you'll need is mostly there. Then, - I'm the dummy person to ask. lol I'm about 2 weeks ahead of you... and I'm making my own mistakes as fast as I can! Good luck! Britt

OT - but flattery will get you anywhere ;o) But I ain't done no boots, so that part of the flattery belongs to someone else. Otherwise - thanx, glad you found a use for'em, that's why I make'em. More on topic : the items you mention were made using the free v. 4.15 of Amapi, using the methods described in the quick-tutes in the Amapi forum here on R'osity - make a search for "exercises", "project" and "conforming" if interested.
