Subject: this ever happen to you??

i was making textures for the gladiator armor...and it seems the "breast plate"...will not texture to the bottom..yet i've textured it to the bottom on the "template"....anyone know how to fix it? i somehow fixed the one i did lastnite...but i dunno how lol.... Also...could i get ur comment on this?? i know its not a very close picture...but.....lol Thanks!

I don't own the gladiator armor, but I'll take a wild guess ... does the bottom part of the breastplate use a separate material? Check the Surface Material panel to make sure.

Did you try extending the material to see if maybe there's an error in the template?

Can you do a closeup render of the area? Lets see what its actually doing in there; maybe that will provide some clues.

Hm...I'm not real sure. I've made some textures for the whole shebang before but didn't have any problems. Have you tried creating a new map for it in UVMapper?

I had that problem too. It appears that the breast plate install is corrupt. Try to delete it and reinstall it. That worked for me and now the breast plate takes the full texture,

Are you using the template from Daz or one you made yourself? I had the same problem, and it was because I was using one of these and it was the wrong one (can't remember which now). Whichever you are using, try going the other route and see what happens.
