First off... I'm a big fan of this store... this letter is not a complaint... keep up the fantastic work, and tapping my credit rating! (I'll keep smiling when I pay the bill, it's always worth it.) now... Just wondering how many of you are actually doing any basic marketing as you make your products? For example... do you announce your new products to your past customers? Are you allowed to do this? Example... lets say that "bob" makes a set of poses for Victoria... and sells 50 units... "Bob" then follows up with a new set, and let's his first 50 past clients know about it with a direct email, maybe offers a special incentive? or "Bob" notices that his Victoria stuff outsells the Mike stuff... guess what "Bob" needs to make more of? Have you updated your banner ads lately? have you tried any cross promotions or contest with other 3d Poser sites? Do you help draw attention to gallery posts from folks using your products? (WyrmMaster is I've noticed) and so on... basic marketing study can take a little effort, but the returns can be huge! It's always best to educate your clients, let them be a part of the process, or feel that they are a part of it. contact me for more ideas if your interested... just an FYI: in the real world... I work for an Advertising company, go figure. I apologize is any of this is too simplistic, but sometimes, the simplest solution is overlooked. Doug Sturk

Thanks for the ideas Doug, I will point the vendors in this direction. right now everything except announcing new products is allowed. We try hard not to spam our customers. yvette
