I know I have always thought it absurd for Michael and Vicki to have kids already (certainly before settling down with some Millennium pets), butI am now considering getting them a kid. I know that if i want to get the Millennium boys I'm suckered into getting the girls first and that both models are based on Vicki rather than Michael. I also know that Mikey is based off Michael and is available in the store. So what I'm asking is does anyone have a preference between the two models, and in particular, between Mikey and the teenage Millennium boy? PapaBlueMarlin BTW: I have my Advanced Inorganic Chemistry final tommorrow. It's the last chemistry lecture class I have to have before graduating in May.

They both work, depending on what you need for them to do. Frankly, I prefer Mikey, because the features seem more realistic; the Boys look like very young drag kings most of the time. Good luck with the course. I have absolutely no idea what all that means, but science wasnt my forte. =)

I like the kids a little better for the most part since Mikey seems too characaturish from most pics I have seen. But he does look good for that.

I'd have to recommend the Boys (even though they aren't really boys). Mikey may be a good product, but I just can't get past those mutant cheekbones I see in all the pics. On the downside, the Boys can easily be mistaken for the Girls. Plus, it annoys me that they can't take Michael's maps...I wanted to do a pic of a 12-year-old with 5 o'clock shadow.

Mikey looks like a hoodlum (spelling checker needed) in all of his renders. I really like the boys better.

I think the Daz boys are better for younger boys and Mikey for older ones.

I don't have Mikey, but I do have the boys. As noted above, the boys are best for young children, where Mikey looks older. I've hesitated on Mikey becuase his face seems a bit bizarre to me. Sort of like a mild case of Marfan Syndrom or something. But I think he's probably a great character for the "awkward teenager" character. The Millennium boys are just cute little boys, in my opinion. Melanie

Stay in school ... there aren't enough jobs out here for any more grad students.

I think Mikey is better for an older boy, the Millenium boys seem to remain babyish in their features no matter what you do...so I think if you want to depict a child from toddler to say 10 use millenium boys, after that use Mikey...Mikey has more of the transitional features and really seems to capture the gangliness of a teenager... I don't think he looks like a hoodlum, but there is a certain amount of rebellious youth captured in this character...:-)
