Playing with Bryce 5's Total internal reflections and soft shadows.

Do atleast one thing a day that scares the hell outta ya!!

Looks good to me, really, smelting ice I see. I would love to take micro on it ;) You work a lot on reality of your materials. Don't "just" give it away. Make good use of it.

Thanks all for the compliments :-) It took over 18 hours to render with premium settings turned up full blast hehe.I should have network rendered this puppy, woulda took under a few hours I reckon. At this time I'm not releasing the .mat file for it though:-( Maybe a bit later I'll give it out for free. Thanks again for all the comments and compliments.

This is great. How does one go about making there own materials for Bryce? Are there any tuts. I'm always downloading or just using whats in Bryce to start with. But I think it would be fun to make some of my own....well at least attempt it. :)

That would make great pond ice..with a little snow mixed in..can't wait to try it.
