No! YES! Serious! geez the sheer wonderment of it all-
next they'll be giving away those free faeries again...
Just a few galleries set up, but like my dear birth totem Raven,
it is the harbinger of changes to come- The galleries are some new,
some old- much of the stuff is in the gallery here, but one or two
new or unreleased. (The web pages are a darn site better looking
anyways... Ha! ;o)
click the image above if you care to see. Thanks! =};-}>

The Raven hunter, aka Gwyddion (a Pooka Raven Faerie), is very cute, true, and will prolly be in the store soon- HOWEVER, I wouldn't let HIM hear you call him a girl- he might get a bit testy about that... Hahahaha!
pokeydots posted Sat, 15 December 2001 at 4:08 PM
My apologies to Raven Hunter! lol but the fact that she is a he is even better for Wysteria :) Hmmm now I will have to wait for him to show himself in the store, and then find a nice little fairyhouse for them:)

Hey is this a "new beginning" for Thorneworks"?, did you get inspired by the new mag. Whatever it is so nice to see, thankyou to the man who inspired my creative thoughts. Seasons greetings to you and yours, and of course the Faeries.

Hi Thorne. It is so good to see you are back. Whenever I see one of your creations, I can't imagine one that is better until you post another one and out do yourself. I wish I had a fraction of you talent, and that the world had a generous portion of your eye for beauty, and your loving heart. Welcome back!

The changes are wonderful. Though the Fae are not always seen they are always here. That is the natural way of things. I'm glad it's time for something new. :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

Hate to be a meanie, but did you test your pages with Netscape? I can't see them with Netscape 4.76 (all I get is the rose trellis on the left hand side, but an otherwise white page). I can see the site with IE 5.0, but I have a thing against viruses, so I avoid IE when I can. (I didn't test it with Netscape 6.0 as I haven't gathered my courage to try it out. Early releases had very bad reviews.)
Thorne posted Sat, 15 December 2001 at 8:23 PM
I THINK it works now with Netscape- IE is more forgiving with errors in table formats which I use extensively and which was the problem before- Thanks for troubleshooting! it should work now..... (faerie fingers crossed) Thanks to everyone for your messages of cheer!

Welcome back! We all missed you. Beautiful works in your gallery pages. Thanks for letting us see them!
Crescent posted Sun, 16 December 2001 at 10:13 AM
Ummm ... Still having problems. I think there's a missing [/table] tag somewhere. IE may be more forgiving but that also means that it lets your source code be less correct. (And IE's main function is be be a virus catcher, anyway.)

thorne! welcome back! will you be doing vicky-based faeries?
Thorne posted Sun, 16 December 2001 at 2:34 PM
mostly all... yes, mostly all Victoria based or Millenium Girl based. I have a few (well, about 20 actually) Posette characters that have been seen/shown rarely or not at all. I can tell you my plans as of now but they are highly subject to the chaos factor, who is my sidekick as you know... ;o) The unreleased Posettes will be released, but I'll not be making anymore new ones, may she rest in peace. All new figures will be either Victoria or Millenium Girls, and I will prolly be creating my own mesh to work with eventually. Because I do quite a bit of body sculpting as well as the faces, I highly recommend the V2 morphing clothing pack for Vickie, available at DAZ. With every one of Vicky 2's body morphs built into the clothing, all of Vickie's clothes will now fit the smaller faerie forms as well as the girl/boy models; they don't necessarily even have to be VV. finally! These clothes with the added morphs are what we've been needing all along- now Vickie's body can be released from the shackles of the debilitating tuning-fork-hip disease and her breasts rescued from the potato sack forever! YAY!!! not to mention now I don't need 18 separate magnets just to dress a faerie...
