Hello everyone After I have put clothes on Vicki and try to pose, the clothes get all out of wack! I tried the RESTORE > ELEMENT but that often put cracks or tears in the clothing. I am supposed AFTER putting the clothes on, right ??? Thanks V

Usually if you add clothes they are a separate figure and you have to conform them first before posing. So load up your first figure ie the Vicki model, then add the clothes as a separate figure. Then select the clothes model from the menu just under the view screen and make sure the body is selected. for example Vicki Model is Figure 1, the clothes model is figure 2 etc. So seleclt Figure 2>Body then go to edit menu at top and conform to figure, select figure 1, the Vicky model and apply. The clothes should conform to the Vicky Model. Then when you go to Pose make sure Figure 1>Body is selected before you pose and select a Vicky pose and apply. The clothes should then stay conformed to Vicky and pose correctly. Sometimes they dont depending on the pose you use, so just keep experimenting. Hope this helps God Bless rodpanther

I made a tutorial earlier today about adding boots to a Poser figure. The same principle applies to adding any clothes. Check out the tutorial. Sometimes it's nice to see screenshots!Strangechilde posted Sun, 16 December 2001 at 5:53 PM
I found with Vicky that sometimes it was easier to pose the figure before putting the clothes on her. They should conform okay, but you'll probably have to adjust them somewhat anyway.

If you're having problems with the lower part of the shin sticking through footwear and you don't need the feet visible, like for the default boots or those in the image above. Select each shin and use the "taper" dial. You shouldn't need to move the dial far for the shin to shrink inside the boots and disappear.

Are those Vicky boots or Posette boots? Posette boots are designed to fit posette (the P4 nude woman), and may not work with Vicky.

Valandar - They are Vicki boots. Questor - Thanks for the taper tip. I'm gonna give that a try. Thanks again V
