I wouldn't call these crude, Ron. They're very nice. Perhaps the white trim on the suit could use a bit of postwork to make it look furry. Do a rooftop scene next!

Vey nice, just 2 suggestions: - give him some boots - paint his hands white to give the impression he has gloves Like we french sing (a famous song from Tino Rossi): "... mais avant de partir il faudra bien te couvrir dehors tu vas avoir si froid ..." before leaving dress warmly outside you're gonna get cold ... but don't forget my little present ;))

He has boots! Those are the black things on his feet. I hadn't noticed that they are inside his pant legs before... I just seemed natural. That is the DAZ Michael Santa Suit. Hmm, no gloves?!

I would work on the pose -- he looks like supermodel Santa. Maybe make him actually doing something. And in the first one, his hat point would sag down more. And some postwork on the beard would make it look more beard-like. You can color his hands red on the texture for gloves. Mike

Ron, Very nice :) Like them both, but I really like the first one :) Hate winter, but love snow! And our snow hasn't showed up yet, can't have Christmas without snow :)

Um, folks, I admitted at the outset that I didn't have a clue how to make a good Santa Pose... and I didn't find any already made poses anywhere. As it was I stayed up till 2 am just to make those attempts. Thanks for the compliments!

Hi, Santa strikes a pose, eh? I always figured him to be more avuncular and less confrontational, but each to his own :) Yuletide greetings and all that. later jb

I like these--Nerd's backdrop thingy works great. Santa seems about 12 feet tall in the second one--either that or he's bringing toys to hobbits. I wish somebody'd trans-map santa's beard...
