Theres a new source of terrains for Bryce: MojoWorld Generator 1.1, released today. MojoWorld starts where Bryce is, and takes landscapes in a whole new direction. If youre familiar with the terrains I added to Bryce 4 (youll see my name on the B4 splash screen), you know that they have almost no controls. In MojoWorld, you have *full* control of those terrains, plus an infinite variety of new ones. History: I rewrote Bryces texture engine from scratch during my time at MetaCreations, but when I finished, Meta sacked the lot of us. So I rewrote it againfar better, and in *4 dimensions*for MojoWorld. Plus, I gave it all the controls that Bryce never had. Anyway, MojoWorld is not intended to compete with Bryce, but rather to add to its capabilities. MojoWorld Generator 1.1 exports terrains, with textures, at any resolution for use in Bryce and other 3D programs. Check it out! Plus, if youre a Bryce DTE jockey, youll LOVE MojoWorld. It takes the DTE to a whole new level. Whats MojoWorlds new direction? Instead of small patches of terrain on infinite flat plains, MW models entire planets--the size of Earth--with pixel-level detail everywhere, all the time. It has a real-time front end for exploring these planets to find places to image and enhance with objects imported from other 3D programs. MW brings exploration into the mix. (I just posted a scene from MojoWorlds default planet to the Bryce gallery here at Renderosity.) Anyway, if you use Bryce you probably are into landscapes. And if youre into landscapes, you need to check out MojoWorld. Its an excellent playmate for Bryce, as the two are complimentary in many ways. The best way to check out MojoWorld is to download the **free** Transporter from [www.pandromeda.com.](http://www.pandromeda.com) Also, have a look at what MojoWorld can do in the [MojoWorld Gallery](http://www.3dcommune.com/3d/gallery.mv?MojoWorld%C2%94) at 3D Commune. Have fun, and Happy Holidays to all! -Mo

That's the understatement of the decade. You did a fantastic job with MW! From what I've seen, MW does indeed bring a challenge to the DTE junkie. Congrats on the new release. It seems to be flawless from where I sit. Hope to see you at brycecamp in Sedona.

Oh, and yes, your name is still connected with some of the preset terrains. I've been playing with a few just for fun. Hope to see some pics of MW terrains in Bryce soon. I know that's on its way.

Indeed they are! Keep in mind that they'll always have more detail in MojoWorld, due to its automatic level of detail (LOD). I. for one, am looking forward to seeing what everyone can do with the combination of Bryce and MojoWorld. -Mo

Ah! Having a mad passion for the Bryce DTE - hearing that YOU wrote it and that there is an even BETTER one in MojoWorld - well - my curiosity is pricked. -dg
