Oh well, it's not like this is the first time this has happened to me......so.......what else can I do? (: genny

now if you saw some of the attempts I have made YOU would laugh, this is wonderful it actually looks like something recognizable...I am into alien objects, you know they are so alien that the normal human cannot tell what they are... o<||:-....ho ho ho...

LOL Lorraine!! :) I think the staff looks terrific. The big question, I guess is, how many polys?? Great job!! :)

I think it looks wonderful, and I agree with the reflection map comment made earlier. Maybe some "scale" type dealies on the claws and perhaps a more realistic talon looking map on the talons themselves. :) I'd definitly be interested in picking it up. (I'm into wizards and DnD stuff as well. Much better than my first attempts at 3D Studio earlier this semester. (Thankfully my professors are leinint on us second semesters LOL)
Remember...getting lost is the senic route to the eventual destination. (And a lot prettier than the straight road)

We clearly went to the same school, geralday. My first prop was a cube. The staff looks great, spectre3. I love claw motifs. It needs something on the butt-end, though, to balance the whole thing out.

Genny, happy birthday! And a Merry Christmas, too. Spectre3, I think you did a great job on your first 3D prop. A lot better than I did. I'm still learning modeling, myself, and I know how much work goes into it. Keep up the good work! Melanie
