Subject: still to real demo problem

I decided to try the demo of Still to Real, but it loads my face so that I'm looking at the top of the head instead of the front. Does anybody know how to change this?

You're lucky, I couldn't get it to load anything at all. I emailed the guy and never got an answer, so I uninstalled it.
