Lately i have talked with several people that tell me some of there favorite modlers! some of these modelers are the same people i talk with Which leads me to this question who are some of your favorites , Why , Is ther strenght in textures ,form detail , accuracy All of these are important but which do you think is the most important Im asking these because it seems ther is no correct answer but to see how difrently we all look at the smae thing like art in itself , and what can we learn from finding out how we all se them difrently post a list of two of your favorite artist , along with reasons why !

William Arance is a very talented guy. I would like to one day produce models of the same quality and realism as he does. http://www.digitalanimators.com/HTM/HomeSet1.htm as for another, ahh....this is tough...picking just two..there are so many out there its hard to choose. Another great one that I admire would be Matt Aitken he's got some bad ass models out there. He was also the digital models supervisor on Lord of the rings. If I could only do even half of what he does...it would be a much cooler world.

im curious do you have any links to some of matts older stuff pre lotr ive seen newer but am curious what some of his older stuff looks like ? I t is very dificult to pick just two but hopefully this will make people think harder also try and tell us why you like the modleing is it style etc telling us you think they are good is fine but try and tell us what exactly seperates them from the others in your eyes

I've always liked Rene Moral. His modeling and texturing are great. Also, the stuff Taron does is cool.

what separates him from the others....well, he's a bad ass at modeling, and has all the tools to support his vision at his disposal. That and his extreme attention to details.

I love www.trillium36.com - her models are cheap, textured and they work! I have all of her models!

If you ask me it's this guy, Steven Stahlberg, the most unbelieveable models i've ever seen, his stuff rocks!, his tutorials rock and i'd by the whole tutorial set if i had that sort of money.
