I am fairly certain that that is the young face/body morph they've used there. I tried it and it lokks pretty similar. The smile is a bit trickier though, it could be open smile, or smile 1 with open/part lips or smile 2 with open/part lips. It could also be smile left and smile right with open/part lips. You see the dillema here?

Oh, they also definately dialated the pupils with the DialiatePupil morph on the eyes.
