Well after Niko thanked him, I had to follow didn't I..baa baa, I'm a sheep! But seriously folks, I would like to thank Slynky for prompting me to manipulate an image I posted in the 2d gallery, but it could well have been popped in the photo gallery I suppose, as it involved photo-manipulation and montage of images of my mouth and eye respectively, on a fractal background with a little lace trimming...but I digress: here's what I did with "Untitled IIb" on the Slynkster's suggestion....

Oh...here's the original image that Slynky suggested on...

I really like what you did with this image, love that glass wall effect (that's what it looks like to me) it's become very powerful & emotive now.

Yup, they're good, but the Slynksterized version is the grabber!

Finder posted Sat, 29 December 2001 at 4:53 PM

Now that I think about it.. How did he explain THAT?

Slynky posted Sat, 29 December 2001 at 5:36 PM

check his gallery, and find the original to understand my explanation. Im too lazy to find the link, but just click his name.

Here is exactly what Slynky suggested for the original image (which I was going to call "Eye-Scream" but I thought that was a bit too corny so it's just "Untitled IIb")~ "the background is killer man. I'd like to see the eye put behind the background, enlarged, with the tiles magnifying it to differing extremes to really fawk things up. Then again thats just me. Great stuff dude" Oh and there's a link to my Gallery here at Renderosity if you're interested in any of the other stuff I've done...Stay Well! Thanks again, Slynky, everyone!

Whoa, this is way cool, literally - my first thought was it looks like it's embedded in ice cubes! Really nice work!

Cool the plate can eat the fork. Seriously this is good stuff. Sorry but I didn't notice that it was an eye. I thought it was a fish shaped plate. Hmm. I wonder if I am afraid of fish. Great stuff PC. Bsteph

...that glass surely looks good. And dimensions of pic is fresh also, nice to see sometimes something else than normal 2/3 pics. -N. "baaa" R.
