DAZ sells a 38 revolver. Not a perfect fit for the old West, but pretty close. Hope that helps! JayXurge posted Sun, 30 December 2001 at 11:50 AM

Check out Questor's site, he made a collection of revolvers and rifles that are fantastic.Ironbear posted Sun, 30 December 2001 at 12:49 PM
Ah. Tahnks Xurge - I was going to suggest Questors. I think he even has an 1862 Navy, or pretty close to there.

My pleasure IB. Questor's arsenal is very neat. I love all the lever action rifles he made. Those are just awesome.

Yeah... definately. One of these days I'm going to have to talk him into finishing the Winchester '92 "John Wayne" large loop rifle, and the sawed off Steve McQueen 1892 "Mare's Leg" versions as well. [The one that McQueen carried in Wanted Dead or Alive] I love that "Duke Wayne" Winchester 1873 of his.

Yeap, I'm hoping one of the super conforming artists here does a Josie Wales type outfit. I'm a big Eastwood westerns fan and that would be sweet with all of Questors guns.

Would be nice... We have the jeans etc, and Billy-T has a nice set of western boots. All we really need for that is the confederate great coat he wore, a serape for some of the other looks [Good bad & the ugly], and a good conforming, period gunbelt and double shoulder holster like he used for his two hideaway pistols.

Exactly, With the right dusty and muddy textures, we could come up with some neat western characters. I dropped this idea in the Marketplace Wishing Well, hope someone gets interested.

Cooler, Those are good looking items. I, for one, would be interested in what your holster and gun belt looks like. - JimX
