http://www.renderosity.com/freestuffdownload.ez Iv noticed this artist is posting some free stuff that looks very nice, But when I click on the link in renderosity freestuff it sends me to this persons website, Once there I cannot figure out what it is Im supposed to do there, the site is in a language Im not familiar with, And when I click on the images another page pops up with a larger image of the image I clicked....But no zip file.

just a guess, but try left click -- not right-click. Can't DL from here using a new window.

It does tell you where to go in English and the stuff is very good. I bet you mean this site. Click on "Bestanden". Hope this is the right one.

What opens a (.vob) file ?

.vob files can be imported into Vue.
