Subject: Re-install, serial number blues

I have had to wipe clean a disk and reinstall several programs including my beloved Bryce. I installed to version 4 and the upgrade but was confronted with the all-to-famialier "Invalid serial number" thing I have to new number but am doing it wrong, anyone remember the drill? Thank you in advance for your time.

I called strait to Coral when I upgraded, and they gave me a ss# to bypass the upgrade part. But if I'm not mistaken the first SS# you need to put in is the Bryce 4, then it ask for the Bryce 5 upgrade #
