**"You unauthorized #@&% surface and get in our patrol boat NOW!!"**. A Sea Patrol frogman finds an unauthorized sport scuba diver in an area which had to be restricted because of persistent pooaching of shellfish by sport divers.

OK, this picture is a mongrel :: the men are Poser renders, the background was made by Bryce, and the two were superposed by a 2D graphics package that I wrote.

Where it looks like the patrol frogman grabbed the arrested man's mask :: he actually did! :: Put hand in place to grab mask. Parent snorkel to mask. Parent mask to hand. Move arm.
