Sheesh! After waiting anxiously all day for UPS to arrive, I rushed upstairs to install Carrara. Slight problem, though. The serial number they gave me is invalid and I can't get anywhere on the installation. I called MC at 4:45 p.m. and was told that I had called after business hours (5:00 p.m.) I have typed in the serial number they gave me a dozen or more times and it's a no go. Was curious if anyone else has had this problem. Marybeth

Clint, Thanks for answering. I've tried it every which way I can think of but it still won't work. I guess I'll just have to call them tomorrow and see what the heck is going on. Thanks again. Marybeth

Clint, I called MC this morning and yes, there was definitely a problem with the serial number. They had sent the Windows program (as ordered) but sent the serial number for a Mac. Doh! Whew....I thought my blondeness was showing again ;-) After they gave me the correct serial number, it installed perfectly. Thanks again for your help. Marybeth

YES! Glad you got it fixed. Now enjoy that new SW.. ;) I have also heard of CD's missing from a shipment. As well as the wrong platform CD being sent out. (MAC or Windows) Thanks for the follow up post! Clint
