Recently, I ordered an upgrade to Bryce 5.0 for MacOS and it arrived today, so far, so good. I followed the installation procedure, but when I entered the serial number of my previous version (3.0), I got the message that this number was invalid. I checked and doublechecked with my registration card, re-entered the number at least 10 times but the problem persisted. Any help in this respect would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Kees Roobol

Call Coral, they should be able to give you a new SS#, lots of people had the same problem when upgrading from 4 to.

Thanks for the tips. I called Corel and they were very helpful, everything works fine now. Apparently the problem is quite common, I didn't even have to explain. Thanks again and a happy New Year, Kees Roobol
