I have trouble getting my characters (figures and things, like cannons and specialised clothing)to open up in Poser.The thumb shows up ok,I put cr files into either characters male or female or new figures ,Textures under the the name of the model and also obj's into geometries under the model name.When I try to open them into the studio some of them after a long while open to geometry type lines.Some won't open at all and POSER locks up.I don't have any problem with pz files,poses or props.I have searched forum archive files but they don't tell me exactly in plain terms what I want to know,and neither does the Poser manual nor any other tutorials. Can anyone explain in plain terms step by step how to put a downloaded character (CR File)with geometries (OBJ'S),textures and bumps into Poser and how they would set it up.Cheers Arrow1

Adobe Photoshop CC 2024, Vue 10 and 10.5 Infinite Vue 11 14.5 Infinite plus Vue 15 and 16 Infinite, Vue 2023 and 2024, Plant Catologue, DAZ Studio 4.23, iClone 7 with 3DXchange and Character Creator 3, Nikon D3 Camera with several lenses.  Nikon Z 6 ii and Z5. 180-600mm lens, 24-70 mm lens with adapter.Just added 2x 2 Terrabyte portable hard drives.
