Hi All,
I am looking for 1940's cars in 3DS or OBJ format either free or for sale. I have been looking in all the usual places such as 3D Cafe etc and have come up with nothing. Does anyone have any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You.

DeEspona's big CD (a clutch of $100's) has quite a few vintage cars of that era.

Theres a very cool looking, 40-ish convertible here.

Actually, there really weren't many 40s cars, you know. The war messed up car production from about 42 to 47, and the late 40 cars were often the same as pre-war.

Thanks for all the suggestions and comments. DeEspona does have a fine collection available on CD but the price is a whopping $495.00!!! Too bad they won't split the CD up so that you can buy just the cars. The BMW convertible is very nice, thanks Virtual Site. Jim Burton, you are absolutely right about the war years, but there were still many cars produced in the 40's just not in great variety.

DeEspona sells their models in singles through TurboSquid at $25-35 each. That's why their CD of 5000 is a bargain .
