ok, i know how to make a posable prop, and i know how to make a smart prop, but is it possible to make a posable smart prop? If so, what lines would i have to edit in the CR2 file? Can anyone help out with this?

If one of the parts has an appropriate body part name you could use the "conform to" option. Otherwise I would suggest that simply parenting to the base figure would be sufficient. If you need more info could you post an image of what you have in mind. We can take it from there.

i don't think this is going to require an image, its pretty simple. The parented figure/prop is a pair of wings with a base. the base is named "Chest" because I anticipated that this might be an issue. I previously read a tutorial by Nerd on conforming figures. (Not what i would call light reading.) I gave up figuring it out from his tutorial, and emailed him. He advised me that it was too much trouble to make a conforming for a pair of wings. I have 25 of them, and I need something more practical than asking the end user to parent them manually. I would be MORE than glad to email you a sample pair, if that would help. I can usually pirate code i need from one CR2 for the other 24, because they are basically all the same, with differant shaped wings.
