I loved the post below!!! And I too have made some manipulations for our grand daughter! *lol* Albeit not as pro as the ones shown below. But Ida is a Disney fan, - so I had to incorporate those on her Paris pictures! :) Britt *ps* Sorry about the Norwegian text. Just click on the smaller pictures to view them! ;)

These are darling - I just love Ida "at the ball"!

brittmccary posted Sat, 12 January 2002 at 9:59 PM

lol I think I had as much fun as Ida has looking at them when I made them! :) And of COURSE they had a ball in the hall of mirrors in the Versailles since Ida was there! :)

The idea you shows brittmccary, to place your grandchildren in their favourite story or film is appreciated by the children, I did it too when my grandson played ToyStory again and again on the computer.

.....and this concerns grown-up children too :-) Here is my son with his favourite at that time.

HeHeHe! LOL...all fantastic ideas, but I think I like the Lara Croft one you did for your son best of all Gun!! Check out the adoring look in his eyes!

gunsan posted Sun, 13 January 2002 at 5:25 AM

Thats why I chose just that pic, I wanted to tease him a little.

Love the Lara Croft one....My son loves DragonballZ, I'll have to do something with him and Vegeta! What a great idea. BTW, if anybody at all knows where I can find pictures of Disneys Malificent, let me know.

gunsan posted Sun, 13 January 2002 at 4:42 PM

Do a Google search. I think Google can find just anything. And they have a image serch too. And so have Altavista.

Thanks Gunsan, she's my favorite disney character....I'd love to wear her crown in a photograph LOL.

dreamsosweet posted Mon, 14 January 2002 at 10:34 PM

Okay, I admit to a slightly sick sense of humor....and I *don't* think I'll show this one to my daughter, LOL! btw - I love the Lara Croft with your son, Gun!

gunsan posted Mon, 14 January 2002 at 11:14 PM

But...your daughter has stolen my Simon.Sweet daughter, cute cat and a funny pic. I am sure it is not to sic to show yor daughter.

dreamsosweet posted Mon, 14 January 2002 at 11:19 PM

That's our Goliath, who is also a deadringer for our Elmo, just smaller (who is also a deadringer for Biff, Lil Bit, Cleo and Butterball Theo, just not as hairy) - and my poor child is used to her off-the-wall mom, but she'd have a fit if she thought I was feeding Pikachu to the cats, LOL!

gunsan posted Mon, 14 January 2002 at 11:47 PM

Now I must ask you to explain the word "deadringer" I instantly went to my dictionary, but in spite of its containing more than 120 000 words, deadringer was not one of them. It does not seems that Pikachu minds. Maybe it is all love, I say so to myself when Simon is chewing on my toes to wake me up in the morning :-)

dreamsosweet posted Tue, 15 January 2002 at 12:15 PM

LOL! Ours nibble on us, too - our Smokey comes up and nips our noses, we finally figured out it was cos we always kissed him on his, and he just thought he was returning the gesture! Deadringer is an "Americanism", I guess - basically means something that looks just exactly like something else, as in all our cats that we can't tell apart.... :-)

gunsan posted Tue, 15 January 2002 at 12:27 PM

Thanks for explanation, I guessed it ment something like that, but it is good to learn new words.
