Subject: Michael 2's Morphs

Some of us already appreciate the vast quantity of Michael 2 morphs. Some people say Michael still looks like Michael, no matter what we do. I've been intimidated by all those morph dials in the past. But I got brave today, and played a bit. It's amazing what you can do if you let your sense of humor take over. Now how about a challenge? Show us some of your Mike 2 morphs! If you want to share silly ones, that's great! If you want "serious morphs," go for it!

Heres a quick one I did. I know it's small but the big one was too big to upload, I'll shrink that a bit later and post it.

KOOl. Renderosity Forums are a bit picky about file size. If you render at the default "new window settings," the file size should be good enough to past the test.

well I don't have michael 2 yet (boo hoo) but I will say that the key to getting your characters to look less "standard" is in changing the eyes. Mike 1 only has about 5 morphs for the eyes and none of them are very big changes, so getting him to look less like mike is pretty hard. Going by Vicky 2, which I do have, you can get better results if you pay attention to the eyes.

thank you, I just wish that I could have done a mike 2 pic for my tip on the eyes. I was resently reading an artist book and the section that struck me the most was the special role that the eyes play in bringing a portriat to life.

I hear you. If you noticed, I used a few eye-related morphs, on this picture, and on Marlin Fingle. (Unless you're talking about the "eyeballs?!")

Here's a bigger view. Eyes have been manuvered around a bit as well as shape and lenght of head. Other smaller mods too.

Heres the entire body as well. It's got the muscles morphs to .250 for 1,2,3,4 and some minor adjustments to individual regions and shrinking the waist as well.

So he's a wrestler?! I'm a bit out of touch with the wrestling world (my wife hates wrestling programs.) Is he a "real wrestling character?" What is his name?

I do posers for e-feds. It's basically a game where you write little stories and compete in matches that get written on shows. This is the character I handle and his name is if you can believe it the "White Mexican" I'm currently in the process of creating several 3d arenas with all the fun stuff that comes in a wrestling environment.

I couldn't resist. Mine is not Mike 2 either, but a face from Boris Face Pack 1. Boris is based on Mike 1. I actually have several I think are very characteristic, and look nothing like Mike's default face. This is just one of my favorites. He is wearing Samildanach's "Igor" texture (a great texture in my opinion). Beth

Here's mine. What did I _not_ play with? I still haven't got to grips with editing the Cr2 so's I can elongate the hands, & there's no texture map applied. but I think he looks rather... well... disgusting, really.
