I just noticed Athletic Vicky in the store but the pictures are too small to make out any details. Has any one got it yet and would they be kind enough to post a few larger pics showing off some of her Muscle Morphs. Thanks, Thorgrim

Being able to get biceps and triceps on Vicky like the ones in the above picture would be a good start, from what I could see, Athletic Vicky does not come even close.

The women are Marla Duncan, Debbie Kruck, and Barbara Moran -- three fitness competitors from the early and mid 90's. Marla and Debbie were two of the pioneers of the fitness competitions. Barbara wandered back and forth from fitness and amateur bodybuilding (I think she is back to bodybuilding now).

And this is mild muscle when compared to female bodybuilders like Tommie Morreau, Michelle Maroldo, Marja Lehtonen, Paulina Talus, Juliette Bergman (current Ms Olympia), etc.

Vicki's arms were just neglected when the mesh was created. I did email DAZ about it and asked if it was possible to have the mesh modified to support more realistic biceps (and triceps). I was told that my email would be passed on to the chief modeler [on 9/27/01!!!], but I never did hear anything after that. I guess the modelers at DAZ find muscular legs acceptable, because they structured Vicki's legs to make bodybuilder type legs possible, but they must not find muscular arms on a woman acceptable. Just like most of the
rest of the world. Otherwise, Victoria 2 would have nice round biceps when the muscle morphs are used!

Just my two cents. :)

WOW, I just about tipped my chair over reaching for my credit card for a sec there.8) These girls are definately well rendered. These women are absolutely stunning. I think a more muscular/bodybuilder version of Vicky would be great. I can think of a number of images I could use a model like that for. Gee, I wonder if it's possible to make Mike 2 more feminum. They made some male characters with Vicky before Mike came out.

Maybe I'm a little late here, but keeping on the topic, with a little work and with the help of the Free Stuff section, you can make fairly realistic muscular women. Here's a case in point. This started out as the standard Poser female, with Superhero morph set to .850. I then added the P4 bicep morphs which are available in Free Stuff (do a search for "muscles"). This download unzips into a large bicep and a small bicep, one for each arm. After adding the morphs to the model I set the Large Bicep morph to .333 and the Small Bicep morph to .100 for each arm. A little bit of airbrush was used in Paint Shop Pro to soften some of the joint lines. This isn't perfect, but it's the closest to defined biceps I've been able to get, outside of the generic Superhero morph. Comments welcome.

There is a female body builder model available now. I purchased it for a female fantasy character I want to do. I haven't really had time to play with it yet but it looks pretty good.

"These girls are definately well rendered." That's 'cause God has more RAM than you can shake a stick at... and live. Re: the photos, Hot Patootie! I have two words to say to those: DAY YUM! What is it about powerful women that's so alluring to some guys? I'd be really dissappointed if my girlfriend couldn't beat me at wrestling sometimes. sigh
