I finally wrote a morphing with magnets tutorial :) Step by step on how to use a magnet to make a nose morph. There will be more of these soon. Merry X-mas -Trav

Fabulous Trav! Thanks and a happy Y2K to you too! BTW got your round hot tub and tentacles from BBay.com over Christmas and wrestling with them now! ;-D

Traveler, great tutorial. Larry Weinberg explained how to make the Magnet Zone easier to work with, like in his tutorial. After you create the magnet, select the Mag Zone. Go to Menu/Display/Element Style and select Smooth Shaded. The Mag Zone will show as a solid object, probably green. Then go to Menu/Render/Materials. Select the Mag Zone in the Objects box. Set the Transparency Max to about 50%, change the color if you want. You will be able to see exactly where the Mag Zone is.

Thanks for the Christmas present, Trav. It's just the right size and everything!

Thank you, we definitely could use it. You'll either have to write us the tutorials or make us all the morphs we want :) I bet the first is easier.

Arendar: Cool :) Have fun with them! wyrwulf: I forgot about that tip :) Doh! Kalypso: :) The tutorials are alot easier, but making the morphs are more fun :) Besides if I share the info, more cool stuff will be made (and hopefully shared ;) There are more mag tutorials on the way :) The final one being a full body morph with 10+ magnets. -Trav
